Qlusters Customer Support ensures the successful implementation and ongoing operation of Qlusters products. We offer a suite of support services to meet customer needs. Currently, we offer two support and maintenance packages:
Standard Support - This level of support contains a comprehensive set of features designed to satisfy most customers’ technical support requirements.
Standard Support includes the following components:
Access to Qlusters Customer Support Online – interface with Customer Support via the Web to log, update, and view cases as well as search the Knowledgebase Toll free telephone access during business hours (US and Canada) Customer Services Bulletins – important announcements and alerts from Customer Support.
Gold Support – This level of support includes all of the benefits of Qlusters Standard support and contains the additional features for business critical operations.
Gold Support includes the following components:
All standard support features 24 x 7 x 365 response for high severity issues Additional features may be added to create a custom support plan
