Qlusters Customer Support ensures the successful implementation and ongoing operation of Qlusters products. We offer a suite of support services to meet customer needs.  Currently, we offer two support and maintenance packages:


Standard Support - This level of support contains a comprehensive set of features designed to satisfy most customers’ technical support requirements.

Standard Support includes the following components:

  • Access to Qlusters Customer Support Online – interface with  Customer Support via the  Web to log, update, and view cases as well as search the Knowledgebase
  • Toll free telephone access during business hours (US and Canada)
  • Customer Services Bulletins – important announcements and alerts from Customer Support.
Gold Support – This level of support includes all of the benefits of Qlusters Standard support and contains the additional features for business critical operations.

Gold Support includes the following components:

  • All standard support features
  • 24 x 7 x 365 response for high severity issues
  • Additional features may be added to create a custom support plan
