Qlusters employs a dual licensing model that offers customers a choice of licensing openQRM or Qlusters Resource Manager pursuant to either our open source license or a commercial license, respectively.  This dual licensing strategy is now common with commercial open source projects.

The commercial license includes traditional commercial terms and offers Qlusters Resource Manager with support, documentation, consulting services and additional functions.  The commercial license does not trigger open source obligations (such as sharing source code of derivative works you prepare).  The Qlusters Resources Manager licensed under the commercial license typically is for internal use and has other restrictions common to commercial licenses.

The open source license for openQRM is the same as the MPL, but includes an attribution provisions in Exhibit A and B.  The open source license permits the use of openQRM in open source projects.  If you or your company needs additional functionality than that offered in the open source version of openQRM, the commercial license would be a better choice for you.
